I have tried several times to crop a photo. It just sits there with a wheel spinning around and I can't do anything other than close the browser tab. Currently I have two photos missing my head... so what do I do about it? thanks

Hello greenerpastures .. are you using the full mingle site or mobile site ??


Have you tried selecting your new image as your main profile picture ... when you do this it should automatically bring up the mingle cropping tool .

If you are downloading a picture from your phone you can crop the image on your phone first or if you select "square " in the phone cropping tool .. that should be a similar size to the mingle photo format .

If you are still having problems let me know

I have just tested it for you .. I cropped my photo via mingle and had no problems at all . Have another try and let me know how it goes

Doesn't work from my computer, really don't want this place on my phone is the problem... would have to download it then delete I guess. I have no one to take my photo.. I was accused yesterday that I might be a wide load lol... far from it! I'm petite

Hi Greenerpastures... You can use the mobile site on your phone, that way you don't have to download the app.

If your phone camera has a timer, you can set it for the max time and prop it up to take a picture. I've done this with pictures in the past and it works pretty well. Take a few so you can pick the one you like best.

Oh, I can use this place from my phone browser? ok, I'll play with that thanks. Yes I downloaded a photo but the crop here on my profile edit is broken... so, I will use my phone when I get back into the mood do work on that. thanks so much. Timer is a good idea. I'll see if I can see which buttons to push for that
