What was the last book you read or the movie you say made you cry?

I'm an extreme empath. I cry easy when watching scenes about heartache, or joy, or loss, or inspiration.

But three movies I remember being particularly touching were Marley and Me, and For Colored Girls, and Of Mice and Men.

A film called the red balloon from the 50's when I was a boy, I cried because of a Balloon,

There were quite a few but I think the main three were Dragonfly, Black or White and Erin Brockovich.

'Brian's Song'
Brian's Song is a 1971 ABC Movie of the Week that recounts the details of the life

Here's a bit of trivia for you: the scenes where those guys are jogging/running on the big sandy beaches were filmed at Lake McConaughy just a few miles north of Ogallala, Nebraska where I went to high school

oh yeah. I forgot that one. That and Beaches and the original Star is Born are tear jerkers for sure. I have not seen the new Star is Born, but I would probably cry there too.

The kite runner ..two young boys in war torn Afghanistan .. their friendship and the shadow of betrayal that would follow them to adulthood .

Room .. a five year old boy and his mother held hostage in a small room for years .

the fault In Our stars .. two teenage cancers patients and the journey they shared

dumbo (the latest release is soooo gorgeous !!!)

I didn't necessarily cry but it sparked some emotion

Wuthering Heights, original B and W movie.

Christmas Inheritance

Godzilla 2014 when he was laying there dying.
I was so sad at the thought of it being another one & done film.
But, I was happy again when he got up and walked off into the sea.
I'm really giddy to go see Godzilla: King of the Monsters 2019 in May.
(Is giddy still a word?)

"Whale Rider" movie was quite an emotional roller coaster and is still one of my favorites

Add the movie "Ladyhawke" to my list...magnificent tale with Rutger Hauer, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Matthew Broderick...the most incredible scene was when he changed from a wolf and saw her as a woman a second or two before the sunlight touches her and she instantly changes to a hawk..

"Breakthrough",cried buckets to this movie.Solid faith really moved mountains.

I cried when I saw The Blair Witch Project, but that was because I paid full price.

It's a long list..I,m a bit of a blubberer pretty much any "chick flick" movie has me blarting my eyes out.
