what do you look for in a guy

Sincerity mostly, also how well he handles disappointment and controversy.
Greatly discussed in "what do women really want?", some 17 pages at least with very insightful stuff.
Anywho...
A "light" in his eyes as that shows he's stable, positive, happy with life. No lingering sadness and pain.
Able to communicate healthily, meaning can listen to me, take that serious, AND can tell me about his feelings

Sweet gentle and tough, willing to compromise but most of all a guy who believe in God
A guy who is honest, trustworthy, faithful and has a good sense of humor. Likes to laugh and makes me laugh.
I was just thinking... one of the reason the sergeant character in "Tour of Duty" was massively popular with women who watched the show is that he wasn't bothered by a pretty face/body. Where every other man fell for their BS, he didn't, he saw right through it.
That's what I'm looking for in a man too. Not a guy who'd love to run after every pretty face & body, but has a far more developed value system.
lots of things but kindness and integrity is a must. also a good sense of humor and someone who shares some of my values & interests
