I researched a bit round 30 or 40 years ago.
I really don't need to research anymore.

You are assuming I am so shallow minded I couldn't recognize an extraterrestrial encounter.
I could but I am not limited to the common fears most have on it.
Frankly, I have absolutely nothing to lose and bring it on.

But, consider every accounting of a UFO encounter.
Each has a common tell.
The common tell is the human associations the accountings add to their statements.
Frankly, I don;t even want to meet an alien that has anything at all in common with human or Earth life.

The accountings of the current and past alien encounters all have human factors involved. Busted.

An alien is not going to have anything similar with the Earth.
I doubt they could breathe our atmosphere and our gravity would have to be seriously similar or their ships wouldn't fly.
Well, if the are alien and they were able to navigate and travel the BILLIONS of miles needed to get here, they should have no trouble negating our gravity.

When you consider the craft.
The UFO Idealism.
The craft itself tells a story as well.
If I traveled a hundred light years and reached this system with this star, Why would I need to go to the surface of the 3rd planet?
Even if I wanted to explore it, I could find out everything I need to know by observing it from orbit. Since I obviously have the ability to navigate a constantly changing Universe at plus light speed, I'm pretty sure I could find out everything I need to know from the orbit of Neptune.

But... Lets say I want to land.
First, it makes no sense to land on the planet.
Next, how do I go about landing one of my craft on that planet.
I already have monitored their TV and Radio signals.
I want to be hidden.
What makes you think that a civilization able to traverse those vast distances is going to allow anyone to 'see' them when they choose not to?
Then, if they do want the inhabitants to see them, why not just slowly land on the White House lawn or any other highly watched position.

If the craft is there, ya gotta ask why would it be?
Is it an "OOPs"? Were the aliens completely incompetent?
Is it a "Beware"? Again, why would an advanced civilization need to scare us at all?
I mean, with the power they have to possess, they could annihilate all of civilization from orbit or beyond.

Then, lets consider the craft itself.
Why would they even need a craft?
They must have eyes if it has lights.
The craft can tell you a lot about the alien.
How come every accounting describes a craft according to human imagination?

Every single accounting of UFO or UFO encounters or Alien encounters have way too much Human influence to be considered significant.
Show me something I can't imagine...That, would be alien.
