Opinion invited to make a elder engagement program keeping view to make our elders physically active and to increase income to make quality of life better.

Hi,Thanks Prayagwal for thinking about the elderly,the truth is that some.elder people are still very active in all,but due to their age they are judged as advise giver only but the other way round they also need some one to love them like the widowed or widow mostly die due to lonely ness.can all widowed & widow form their.groups and find someone new.who will match your late hubby or wife.

Strength training. Basic barbell lifts. Especially squats, but also deadlift, bench press, and overhead press. As older folk have accumulated insults to their mortal coils, some movements may need modification or elimination. Add cleans for the more vigorous.

Stronger people live longer, happier lives. Strength is hard to gain and easy to lose. Lifting a broomstick is better than not lifting a broomstick.

The mentioned movements allow one to stand, pick things up, push things away, and get things over your head.
