I'm always interested in full moons and eclipses :)
The Solar Eclipse from July 2nd was really strong. I could really feel it was about a new cycle beginning!
The full moon after a Solar Eclipse has to do with that new cycle, but then the challenges that come up with it.
I can sure as hell feel that too, grrrrrr, haha.

The energies that come in during an Eclipse will continue for at least some 6 months. So it's not just that day, that moment... That's what makes it even more interesting!

Some info on this full moon & Partial Lunar eclipse - 16th July:
The full moon itself is mostly about the first harvest (in nature mostly grain). What can you harvest, do you need to adjust your goals or the path to it so you can get to your 'harvest'?

The partial eclipse is going to be rather intense from what I understand.
The Solar Eclipse was the beginning of a new cycle with new opportunities to redefine yourself.
The challenges concerning that begin shortly before the full moon. The place where you feel challenged and have to make choices or fine-tune yourself. By doing that you shape and manifest exactly that which is so dear to you.
Because the moon is partially eclipsed you may not clearly feel at first what is good for you or which emotion is mirroring your truth.

Because the full moon is close to Pluto it can be a very intense and emotional full moon and eclipse. And old emotional that you thought you'd buried can suddenly surface. If you pay attention to this and recognize that you have a negative reaction because of it, it may be possible to reset it.
It's also advised to be vigilant concerning power games or jealousy, both inside and outside of yourself.

You can already feel that the Sun is opposite Pluto. You can feel the power of transformation in the air. Your reaction to that will depend on whether you resist or welcome change.

I am resisting at the mo, quite grumpy, grmble... hahaha

A few days ago I received an email from one of the spiritual sites I signed up with, it was about the lunar eclipse. Holy cow did it shed light on what had been going on with me the few days previous to reading it. It was in total alignment with the energies this particular full moon is bringing.

The last week has been very intense as far as my energy shifting. I feel it emotionally and physically... and yes, it's difficult at times to see clearly what is good for me or which emotion is mirroring my truth. It feels like I'm a ping pong ball bouncing back and forth, hahaha. I'm just moving with it, not resisting this time for some reason.

The full effects of the moon isn't even here yet and I've already felt a huge impact. It's almost like time traveling back through my entire life... like having my whole life up until now flash before my eyes, only at a slower pace. Sorting through it, picking out what is no longer working and releasing that to clear the path for what's to come. I've cried more in the last week than I have in the last two years, haha.

The really cool part is that my former spiritual mentor is coming back for a few months. It will be nice to have the support of someone like minded and very strong in her gifts to help me with the transition and discerning which path is my true path.

It's a very interesting and exciting time for me :))

I easily get emotional as well at the mo. I tend to always have that but right now it is enhanced. Yesterday I cried at the end in MiB? FFS?!?!
I was thinking, why am I emotional about that? Why do I have to cry?
I'm not entirely sure yet. I think it has to do with being abandoned. Someone leaving. That's quite the theme for me this life.

For me it clearly started during and shortly after the Solar Eclipse. Not sure if you noticed it as I cannot recall you mentioning it?
That particular eclipse was SO important! Part of a solar eclipse cycle (not every one of them is, this one was), and that means it starts a new cycle.
On the day of.. I was thinking, I still don't feel or see a new cycle. Few days later, bang!
Triggered via all kinds of things and thinking about the connection of them, I realized I am really NOT happy in this area. That I'm withering here. And for the first time clearly decided: I am going to move away from here!
Dunno when, dunno how cos of my benefit situation won't be easy. But I at least clearly told the Kosmos -and myself- that I'm leaving. Period.
And I had another revelation about what I want to do. It is indeed VERY close to what I was doing, but just slightly different, haha.
So YESS, a few days after the Solar Eclipse I did find my new cycle! I made sure I clearly focused on holding that image stable and steady.

Then, as we got closer to this moon stuff, haha, I could feel the challenges come up. Pretty much as described in my OP.
But I'll get there, I know I will cos I notice that the Cosmos keeps throwing exactly the right info on my path that either triggers me to find out what I need or triggers me to start analyzing what's going on. In any case always leading to insights.
Just now I found another of such things on YouTube. Both something I want to integrate in my own work, and something that gave me another wonderful insight in me.

Interesting times indeed! But even though this phase is necessary part of the process, I enjoyed the energies of the Solar Eclipse a helluva lot more!

PS to make it even more interesting... we are in the height of Mercury Retrograde as well!
This also has to do with reacting from your shadow, old patterns, old fears etc. etc. so a good time to do some soul searching when you notice that come up.
On top of the energy of this partial Lunar Eclipse... quite the mix!

The only thing I want to happen in this lifetime is the collapse and destruction of this money system REGIME !!! So we break FREE and become finally FREE from the chains of money ! and the dark entities behind it printing out as a mass control weapon ! are these eclipses any good regarding the destruction of this money REGIME ?? thanks !

Definitely explains the intensity with me before the moon cycle even begun.

Your comment about liking the energy of the solar eclipse a lot better made me chuckle, it seems the energies effect us totally opposite. I'm loving the energy of the upcoming lunar eclipse so much more. Looking back over this past winter it appears the solar eclipse sent me into darkness... the last week or so I've been coming out of the darkness and seeing so much of the light, many insights and enlightenments. It's been amazing so far, I can hardly wait for more to be revealed and to see even clearer.

Letting the process flow naturally can sometimes be difficult when I'm working. I can't very well just cry in front of the guests, and today all I wanted to do was sleep. My supervisor wanted me to stay late, I agreed at first but then let him know it wasn't going to happen... unless of course I could get paid for sleeping, haha.

Hopefully here too. The moon rises at 5:47pm here and will be at it's maximum eclipse at 6:30pm. It's still light out then but I will have a perfect view of it on the ocean horizon so might be able to see it if it's not cloudy.

I have yet to look up the time of it, I think for me around midnight. But the last few days have been totally overcast so I think it's not going to happen to see it :/

Yeah, that being tired/sleepy, lack of energy I suppose, and crying, I got that too. Not crying out of the blue or because I'm sad but crying because I get touched by something. I call it 'beautiful tears' haha.
All these things is why I don't like it so much as the Solar Eclipse as then I felt energized. But I can understand if you felt you were in a dark place that you didn't enjoy that so much.

Mercury Rx btw... It can affect communication, including communication devices like PC, phones etc.
I sometimes have weird chit happening to websites. Just now as I clicked "Post Reply" I was logged out??
The other day FB chat didn't work, Tiny Pics to upload didn't work and so on.
Knock on wood that's going to be it...

Haha, same here. I've been watching Ghost Whisper and the night before last the sound went out... For that channel only! I had just bought a new book the day before "Positive Energy"... Guess that was the Universe telling me I needed to be reading instead of watching TV, lol.

The internet has been sketchy as well.

Hihi, part of being sensitive and a Lightworker.
I haven't always been aware that way of the moon though, but it was always special nonetheless. That's because I lived abroad for 2 years while my dad was still here. My dad once said "Whenever the moon is full I look up at it, thinking you can see that same moon too. So we are connected via the moon."
That made it so so special for me! After that I often looked up at the full moon, I remember when I was living at Uluru as well, thinking of my dad and being connected to him, even though I was on the other side of the world. love

As for the energies... that started when I was feeling all upset and irritated and didn't know why and someone asked, "Have you thought of the moon?"
Then I paid heed and began to notice that the full moon had a helluva effect on me!! Sometimes good, sometimes not so good, hihi.
Then I learnt to connect myself with the full moon and I was never really bothered by it after doing that for about half a year on end with each full moon.

Everyone's affected by the full moon, just not everyone is aware of it because they're too busy leading busy lives full of stress, not connected to nature.
But look at an image of Earth during full moon. It actually stretches and gets a wee bit elongated! It is THAT powerful! Meaning we too feel that, if we're aware. After all, our bodies are 70+% water.

I just checked, should be able to see it from here, just not the beginning.
It's at its peak at 23:31, so almost as the same the moon is exactly full, which is at 23:39 :)
These are GMT+2 times, dunno what that'd be in the US, that depends on what zone you're in too.

If the weather is clear I may go out to have a look :)
