anyone use whitening strips what is best to get baking soda seems useless to me I use gel with gum shield not great either ideas ??

I have not found anything natural that whitens teeth. I've tried baking soda in water but it irritates my gums.

my gums went white with peroxide had to stop using scrub off with toothpaste
