It's not curry, chutney or any fermented stuff
Grind 'toovar Dal' - yellow lentils with red chilly, 5:1; to fine powder
to this dry powder, add a drop of edible oil,
use it like ketchup.
everything tastes better,
in fact I realized how the tongue yearns for protein (not just sugar)
and the chilly kicks up the glands.
nice combo with veg diet.
