Well, I've done the stuffed marrow (Zucchini)
I roasted it in foil with the mince, peppers and herbs.
It was nice but I think I prefer to have the marrow a a side dish like you would other vegetables as it wasn't a soft as I would have liked.
Well you have to try these things. And in all the excitement I forgot to sprinkle it with cheese

Definitely, and thinking about it it was nice. Probably wrap it up better so it's more sealed and add a small amount of water so in effect your steaming it. I've frozen the other half
