If I pay I get to view them all or?????
It means that 767 members have clicked yes or maybe on your profile.
If you upgrade then you will see all who matched with you.

I once upgraded to see who all these people are, and yes, all of them, every one, was a young female scammer. I didn't renew and now have nearly 600 mysterious people who are all keen to meet me, apparently. Interestingly, the number goes up and down, presumably meaning that some of them have been deactivated by admin. I'm still puzzled why there are so many still here, and the number is slowly growing.
I used to have restrictions on who can message me, but I've taken them all off now and I don't get pestered by mail. If anyone wants to pass on Eric's message I would be interested!
Yes as mentioned above don't bother, I'm upgraded and its annoying. All scammers.
