It's actually more like cottage pie. I make it with cream corn and regular corn with hamburger and then the potatoes on top with a little cheese. happy

I’ve never heard of that Copper cheese :cheese:

either, but would like to give it a try if I ever see it anywhere around here... I love cheese! I recently got some Havarti and Muenster cheese to go with my wine and crackers.... the perfect snack happy

Both those cheeses are good, I haven't had them in a while though. I mostly stick with goat cheese with crackers.

Cooper cheese is fairly mild, it's like a soft white american cheese, only better. laugh

I just noticed that my spellcheck chose COPPER, not Cooper. That would definitely not taste good! laugh

I think American cheese is kinda boring... so I hardly ever get it. Have you ever tried Port Wine Cheese? I don’t think I ever have :thinking:

And believe it or not, I’ve never tasted Port Wine either :smile:

alfredo is always good...and oh so easy!

i'm also quite fond of a nice tortellini soup for an easy and relatively quick alternative.

Lol, no, copper cheese would be yucky laugh

I had port wine cheese years ago when I drank wine. It's pretty tasty.

@ dub... tortellini soup is a great idea. I've tried it before but never think of making it.
