Modern China was created by USA
Major reason old world complies is because since WWII - US has exercised admirable restraint not withstanding hundreds of petty entanglements in Asia and M.East.
Reality is - the world is colonial to this super power - under the guise of the idea - we are free to compete!!
CCP took advantage and as Trump pointed out - modern China is a joint creation of CCP and the USA - initially from the cold war then as an aggregation of American political and people's consciousness for what was once the poorest of countries - and finally with American business greed.
With America's drive for open market to export American goods - comes Responsibility America takes responsibility - like stopping Boeing planes after the 2 crashes. Forcing Japan's Honda to recall their cars in US and overseas market and so on.
China's irresponsibility is now open with Covid. Cannot imagine this ever happening in USA.
Other Super Powers If the other super powers were allowed to take leadership - and I include my own country - the world would be torn asunder to multiple military axes. We would not only return to Communist clusters, Muslim clusters; but also to dictatorship clusters like Syria, Pakistan. Forget about getting along with rest-of-world, we will first run our own citizens to ground.
Today, for example, Indian courts study precedence in US Courts to restrain our government. I believe similar situation exists in other countries - governments restrained by their courts - all taking notes from US courts. !!!
