Hi.. greetings my name is Danny. First of all i'm sorry if my English is bad.

For the couple months, i've been through out many difficulties in my life. I've got a bad situation on workplaxe and recently my fiancee ask for a split.

At that momment i felt so sad and feel so weak. I don't have friends to share. And if I got one, they're walk away just like that and leave me with my problems. My parents also give me some advice but all I need right now is someone who really totally understand me.

Some of you readers might be a doctor, therapist expert or have the same problem just like me. We all know that some of people can't handle this situation and turns into a suicide. But i'm not gonna be like them. I'm going to change myself. So if you're reading this. I just wanna seek help. And maybe give some motivational to me for keeping me strong.

Thanks. Sincerely
Danny.. (:

Known things that help and aren't quackery or someone just wanting to feed you drugs.

1) A schedule helps immensely. Eat, sleep, shower/bath and so forth near or at the same time every day.
2) Sleeping and eating are very important. Sleeping helps repair your body and food+liquids is need for the nutrition for this. Make sure you give yourself one and a half to two hours after you eat before you sleep.
3) Keep your mind occupied with other things that are positive or neutrals. Hobbies, work and so on.
4) Make a focus. This falls under the category of magic. Magic is a different way of looking at natural science. Reduced to it's simplest form. Modern science says that luck, chance and happenstance don't exist because it's hard to quantify. Magic say it does.
To make a focus you need to buy/get a ring, neckless, bracelet or some other piece of jewelry that you can ware all the time. 14 karat gold or better, silver, platinum or whatever that doesn't ware out. Something you can wash as you take a bath and so on. This item most have some meaning to you as well.
I have a pentagram on my necklace my mom bought me as a graduation gift. I choose the pentagram because it's meaning is mathematical perfection and has been used for thousands of years for construction. You'll need to find something that matters to you.
Write down positive things you've done in your life, people who love you and the positive traits you have as a person. Then touch the piece of jewelry and focus these things you've written down into the object. Read the list out loud or silently as you focus on the item. Go through the list 10 time doing this once in the morning, afternoon at at night. You may have to repeat this over days or it might take the first day.
You'll know when it has work because it's like something clicked in your mind. Then when you're feeling really horrible you can touch this "Focus" and those positive things you've listed will fill your thoughts pushing the negative ones out allowing you to feel better in a few minutes.

Answer to "The Riddle Of Steel".
Feminine uses her resolve and masculine uses his will to fuel their determination to get things done. To move forward. To endure.

I'm with Mike on this.
See a doc.

When I was fighting life I drank a lot of ruby red grapefruit juice and dill pickle juice. It made me feel a lil better.

After I saw a doc and started taking the pill, I no longer craved those juices.
This is because my brain needed a chemical it no longer manufactured.
The pill triggered my brain to start manufacturing the chemical I was lacking.
I slowly weened myself off the pill and now my brain makes the chemical on its own.

I also saw a counselor to help me retrain my thinking.
I participated honestly and got good results.
I no longer need counseling either.

Depression is a self-maintaining condition.
It feeds itself in a circle of depressive thoughts.
To beat it, ya gotta break the cycle.

It helps to focus on pleasant things.

It helps to say out loud "That's A Good Thing" when something good happens.

It helps to understand the reality behind things ya encounter that make you depressed.

It takes a high degree of self-honesty to remove the wall of delusion that surrounds you.

It helps to focus on healthy self-esteem and realize things just happen.

It helps to realize the mistakes you make are as important as the victories in gaining wisdom.

Its best to try to understand how the depression happens so you can know how to stop the cycle.

Its good to realize others do not control how you feel. Feelings are personal and the only one in control of them is you.

You have to "choose" to no longer allow this depression to control you.

Then, when you understand reality, realize your own inner strength, honestly know your own self and are able to control your emotions you will beat depression.

Good luck!

Have you been to a doctor? In my country they recommend talk therapy with a professional like a psychologist. Depression is very common and you will get better with help. Often you discover by therapy there is a reason you are depressed, it can even be in your genes. You are courageous to even talk about it with strangers.
Let us know how you are doing?:heart::heart:

Seek some professional help, counselling for example. A proper therapy includes face-to-face sessions, including body language.

Talking to people on social media might be a vent, but it is not a substitute for the kind of therapy, mentionend above.

These problems are normal. Jobs and girlfriends will come and go many times in your life. I see life as a roller coaster ride. Theres good times and bad. If this happens to me i evaluate my life and make changes. And do something for yourself. Go on vacation or buy something you always want. Really. Dont bury yourself in something you cant control. Move on with your life. Good luck
