Hello....can you define DEEP STATE?

It's a fancy way of referring to the appointed people in the government and the bureaucracy as a whole. All the different departments like the CIA, FBI, FDA, Postal Service, Justice Department and so on and so on. Covers all people who do government jobs from filing paperwork to washing the floors in the White House

Calling this part of the government "Deep State" was mainly used by people with mental health problems from nerves breakdowns, anxiety disorders and so forth. It's a way the mind allows some to coop with the chaotic nature of reality by finding a single or handful of things to point to for the cause of things.

For example, John Lennon
He was likely to be deported back to the US for having sung the song 'Imagine' while US was at war with Vietnam.

Before the deportation orders, Lennon was hosted by NBC where Lennon was allowed to state his case and he gave 'Imagine' as plausible reason.

Lennon got his citizenship papers shortly after and NBC took credit for it.

A week or so later Lennon was dead by unknown gunman!

On whose orders we will never know - This is Deep State.

Yes, I seem to remember that a young man who worked for GCHQ was found neatly folded up in a zipped up holdall in his bath, something that a trained contortionist and escapologist failed to achieve in a reconstruction. Naturally, the Coroner found it to be a case of "death by misadventure".
