First, the Filipinos I met in the Middle East impressed me with their ability to work in the heat and with great humor. Not seen anything like that with other nationalities. I feel proximity to China is a real issue in the country's rise in Asia.

Duterte is a great people's man, willing to take hard decisions. I've enjoyed his speeches a mix of English and Filipino.

I think his campaign is already a success. Do tell us some more.
