on the remote possibility you might be serious ? follow these steps...

1] obtain a reliable scale
2] place a container on the scale and zero-out the scale
3] begin filling the container with linseeds
4] stop filling when the scale reads 1 kilo
5] pour contents onto a large flat surface such as a dining table
6] now count the f*king seeds
