I need to. Been drinking IPA and playing video games for a while. I put the gaming computer away and now I have no urge to drink. It helps to figure out when and why you do things. I have little willpower right now -so I have to outsmart myself.
Need to do some more rounds of P90X -has been two years -but need to find extra stuff for shoulders. I have girlie shoulders and P90X is weak in that area.
Only a few days since storing the gaming PC -sleeping well (alcohol makes me wake up exactly at 4am, for some reason) -have lots of energy -happier -getting stuff done (built the last 3/4 of a walk-in shower in a couple of days -not bad for not having a plan when I started and having to re-purpose various materials)
Not working out yet -too many projects but almost done
