Weight loss resolutions for 2020



Don't just talk about it! Do it! Loose weigt I mean!

Eat less and get out an exercise!

USA has too many overweight fat people from stuffing their. faces .

Buffets, popcorn eaters in front of the Netflix. Stop it

.....

Anyone have stats on percentage of fat people in America ? Why?

It's cool Toody, I just started going to the gym. Signed up for an 8 week fitness program.

So now I can binge watch all I want and eat chocolate cake with no problem!

I've got the opposite if that's any good.
I'm like a flippin racing snake. I was thinking if I bathed in a bath of liquid lard, maybe I could absorb some, through some bazarre kind of osmosis.
It's either that or someone recomended binge eating in front of the telly.
But does it really work?

People ought to read "The 'fundamental questions of obesity': Asked and answered".

Concluding statement:

I think, Ireland has a wee problem with obese teenagers. Seen it the other day, some kids stuffig their faces in a chipper, then taking a cab, either to go home or back to school

So what? What's it to all of you? When they die from complications of obesity there will be more Cheetos for you.....maybe they like being fat, you ever think of that?

Buffets are a place to see fat people stuff their face.

It's not good. to watch people overeat. Oftentimes it's not a medical nor genes problem, it's guttony !
