It's better not to travel at all at the moment but if you really want to then stay away from Asia for now. The number of people with the virus here is high and increasing at nearly an alarming rate. Some people even go undetected. You also don't want to be stuck somewhere (u gotta be quarantined in some places just take note of that). Stay safe!

Dont come to Vietnam because u would be isolated for the whole holiday unless you want to be close to nature and military guys (which are very handsome)

For info. As of March 12 2020 the Philippine President have ordered for Metro Manila(16 cities and 1 municipality) lockdown starting March 15 to April 14,2020 . Travel via land sea and air is not allowed ,it was announced via news.

We have other international airport like Davao, Palawan, etc . So if your planing to come check travel advisory.

My parents were due to go to Tenerife from Bristol airport here in England , in a couple of weeks . But they have had the flights there cancelled , weirdly though the return flight has not yet been cancelled, though I’m sure it will be .

So you might find anything you had booked might end getting cancelled anyways , as loads of things being put into place constantly

This was to be my year of the holiday with several already booked , none cancelled yet but don't hold out much hope , last year I had the Thomas Cook thing ,a couple of years ago it was the Monarch collapse and the Ryanair strikes, it is becoming so stressful

I hear you. We just cancelled pre-made reservations (made before any word
of the virus was in the media) and will lose the $500 ticket fee, unless
the airline makes the call.

Where is the blue water?

At least 12 miles offshore. Out past the gulf stream on the east coast.

My eldest brother is 65, has many health problems including Coeliac's disease and is stranded on the Canaries, rapidly running out of food and his many medications and he has "flu". I'm not sure that he's going to make it back alive.
