When naming a cat you need to use seldom used words with two distinct syllables. The first syllable catches their attention and the second gets him or her to realize it's their name.

Why not something Egyptian, like suggested, Horus, or what about Osiris?
Not sure if it's a he or a she? OTherwise Isis would be great.

I also have a black cat, also has something Egyptian about it. But his name is not Egyptian. I liked Bailey, so that's his name. I also had to decide quickly as first week his name had been "Meggie". We thought he was a she, haha. I found out she wasn't, so I had to come up with something else, and I wanted it fast.

Rocket Kitty

What I name a kitten depends on what time it is.
If it is between 4 AM and 9 AM, the I name the kitten Breakfast.

Actually Rocket fits too. So he is going to be Rocket Pharaoh.
