Tonight I'm doing Pasta.

Currently have the sauce cooking. Used some fresh ground turkey, a can of diced tomatoes, 1 green pepper diced, 1 yellow onion diced and have that simmering on low.

I make a mean pasta sauce. First step is to caramelize the heck out of peppers, onion and garlic until they are almost liquid -sooooo much flavor!

I'm cutting out grains almost completely now, though. :(

It would go good on some chicken, though

I'm getting better at cooking or either I'm just getting use to my cooking!laugh

I bought stew meat for stew today and it was 6.99 a pound!

I maybe leaving out the beef next ! Prices are up in the US.

I'm trying to get off pasta and sweets! Not good on the figure.
