I love baseball and go to numerous major league and minor league games each year. This season is kinda shot though.

i never cared for watching baseball on tv. i grew up listening to it on the radio, that was cool. all summer long while we worked in the yard or had a family get together, the red sox were there. the crack of the bat and everyone would quiet down and listen to what happened.

though i haven't been in a few years, i much prefer going to the stadium and watching the local farm team play live. the fisher cats are a double a farm team for the toronto blue jays

I'll admit, that I miss watching
Billy Martin kick dirt on people.

But, I'm not much a fan of
televised events.

Live events are always better, but sometimes you have to settle. I don't live near a big stadium anymore so I have to watch on tv, and there are no games at the moment anyway.

baseball is coming. major league in July short season only 60 games. biggest change is no fans in the stands. guess no problem with fan interference on play.

Recently watching some old games on tv. I'm surprised about how many players I remember. This is the 80's and maybe even the 70's.

My father is angry. He's mostly football/baseball/golf. He doesn't want to watch old games but I think he started to watch some.

the good thing is you can't remember everything that happened even though we might have watched it before
