8-10 Whole Jalapeno Peppers
1 pkg Ground Hot Sausage
1 pkg of Bacon
1 pkg Hot Pepper Cheese
Curry Powder to taste
Mongolian Fire Oil (Chili Oil)
Red Pepper Flakes
Hot Sauce (your brand)
Cyanne Pepper (optional)
Toothpicks
Slice open the pepper and clean out leaving peppers as whole as possible
(Alt method- Slice peppers in half lengthwise)
Fry up sausage, curry powder, (Cyanne pepper), red pepper flakes and hot sauce.
Shred the cheese into long flakes
Douce peppers with Mongolian fire oil and pack them with the sausage mixure adding cheese
Wrap the peppers with bacon and secure with toothpicks
Grill until the bacon is crispy - keep peppers moist with hot sauce
Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing
