it's been mandatory to have GPS tracking
on all new vehicles sold in the U.S..
Law since 2009

AND,
It's mandatory, that all new cell/digital phones
sold in the U.S. have GPS tracking...

It isn't that far fetched, that RFID tracking would
become mandatory for individuals.
