I did have a baby goat at one time, literally, a baby goat. I did't call him a kid.

I had an orphaned baby goat that I had to bottle feed. He was funny, all right.

We call them weans in the West of Scotland and bairns in the East and North of Scotland. Why not call them kids? It's better than pups, or kittens? :joy::joy::thumbsup:

butribu, this was years ago. I had this opportunity, and asked to take care of this goat. As he got older, I brought him to a nearby farm of people my sister knew. That's where he got to live.
