Belly fat is probably the most stubborn fat to lose. I'm considered skinny (at just 155 lbs for a 5'10+ guy) but I have what I estimate to be around 3 lbs of fat around the lower abdomen and waist area. You can't see it but I can feel it. I'm a one-meal a day guy and have been for the past 30 years yet I find it very hard to lose this fat. What I have noticed is that consuming carb-rich foods (bread for me) WILL result in accumulation of fat in the belly area. There's just no way around it, especially if you're older.

Two things are most effective to melt away that fat - Exercise and cutting back on carbs, even if you don't eat much to begin with.

Exercising isn't easy and I'd say it's hard and boring but if you like cycling then that's the easiest way to shed the extra weight while actually enjoying the activity. I really enjoy riding my bike -even when I ride hard- and I could go hours without getting bored especially in summer. If you ride at say about 20-25 KM/hr you will burn around 400 cal/hr. 2 hrs = 800 calories burned. Go faster or go uphill and you're going to almost double the amount of calories burned. I easily burn 1000 cal every time I ride. 3X/wk and that's the 3500 cal you need to burn a wk to lose one pound in a wk.
Cycling is the way for me.

Actually better to do short but intense power burst work-outs. Like sprinting for 5 minutes then rest then go again, etc. Long cardio workout, like running for miles, actually keeps you from loosing weight and even gains more overall.

If it's for short term, it might ok. But I can't take raw garlic, my stomach will have like burning sensation...Any other remedy that burn belly fat?

I maintain my diet and exercise but still hardly to burn the stubborn belly fat which is quite annoying...

I love how everyone thinks they have the secret formula. I’m no better - I usually recommend people try OMAD on an organic, whole foods Vegan diet. That lifestyle will get a lot done if a person has the will power to adhere to it. But ultimately, I think that every individual just has to figure out what works best for their body through a patient process if trial and error.

There is no quick fix but I disagree that its difficult to lose belly fat or any visceral fat (fat around the organs) its just about making health choices, exercising, putting high quality nutrients in your body, drinking lots of water. Most people I know who complain about not being able to lose weight/fat are eating WAY too many carbs and refined sugars. dont get me wrong Im not a fad diet fan and I love my carbs. but everything in balance that's why they say balanced diet not fad diet.

I see a lot of funny and some really odd suggestions.

All you have to do is be in a caloric deficit (eat less like 500 calories less) and workout often like 3 days out of the week.

Diet is literally the most important part of gaining/losing weight.

Remember you don't have to restrict yourself just eat in moderation and you can most definitely enjoy the sweet and carbs.

Eating food before bed DOES NOT make you gain weight, but eating caloric dense food can whereas nutrients dense foods can even benefit you (depending on the food). Food has no time limit.

Mixing foods together (ex. milk and cinnamon) DOES NOT assist in weight lost. Milk would most likely bloat you instead if it's cow milk.

Use this site to calculate your caloric intake: https://tdeecalculator.net/

Do some research into it or message me if you still need help.

Just know that the first place you gain fat is the last place you lose fat. It's just how the body stores it. You can work out your abs all you want but the fat you burn will be the last places you've stored it. You'll lose it in your arms, legs, face, neck, and back before you start burning belly fat. It's just how the body works. You have to be patient and diligent to get your desired results. The first place you get it will be the last place it leaves.
