My mailbox says I have new mail. But when I look there is nothing new. What’s wrong?

Many times when it shows you have unread messages but you can not find them... you will need to start with the first e-mail open it for a second then close it go to the next and do the same..

For some reason at times there is a glitch and it shows you have not read the message even tho you have.. I have found by opening them up one at a time it seems to catch up and clears the number of messages you have..

I’m not able to look at each mail whenever someone sends multiple messages. It just says I have new messages. I tried to delete all messages from the same person but still doesn’t help. Maybe your computer people can clear it. Thanks
