Last night I had burger turds in mushroom gravy over egg noodles with valvetta stir fry veggys.
Fresh pineapple chunks
Toasted french bread chunks with whipped real butter.
Today for lunch I'm having the leftover burger turd in toasted french bread as a sammich.
A 'burger turd' is basically a mini meatloaf shaped like a turd and cooked in some type of brown gravy. They look disgusting but they are very good.

I had thought spaghetti Bolognese but they had packages of 800gr mussels instead of the usual 2 kg.
So change of menu... I had mussels. And Greek salad, and baguette with garlic/herb butter already in it. You just have to put in the over for 8mins to finish it off.
It was great, the mussels were real good!
While I was out shopping I got a really good deal on a porterhouse.
Having that and some butterfly shrimp along with season steak fries and valveeta broccoli.
I have leftover blueberry cream pie fer dessert.
