Nothing grand, probably stir-fried courgette, red paprika, and a bit of mushroom with minced beef.
It's gotta be fast and easy :D

In the end decided go for spaghetti to finish off the carbonara sauce with a li'l fried minced beef and a tiny bit of salad I had left.

That's a variety of spaghetti sauce , I do believe

On the menu tonite is plain coconut rice and herb and garlic butterflied shrimp ... with a glass of red wine .... dessert will be strawberry jello with coconut whipped cream !!

Spaghetti in like a cheese sauce with bits of bacon Lardon , onion and sometimes I add mushrooms and cherry tomatoes :tomato:

Tonight I had chunky ham salad sandwich , ( ham cucumber onions vine tomatoes lettuce )
On the side , scotch egg , shredded smoky lettuce ,, pickled egg and cucumber soaked in vinegar :yum:

I ruined a piece of salmon by grilling it at what I thought was a safe temp per Ninja XL grill. Nope. Crispy on the outside. Charred on the sides/ends. Dry inside.

Thats the last time I read and follow instructions. laugh

Made a salad with home-made honey & mustard dressing as I forgot to buy a new bottle. Must say it worked out really well!
With it I'll have the quarter-pounder with cheese burger, a microwave version.

Nice and easy meal and perfect for a summer day :)
