Crispy Barbeque Tofu - I was kinda forced to make this:sweat_smile:
Not sure who raised my kids, but they are vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten-free....did I not feed them
enough bacon, ribs, chicken, bread, pasta...or am I just being punished for reasons yet unknown :expressionless:

I made vegan burgers (with plant-based meat, instead of black/red beans) & waffle fries. But, I don't trust anything that's not real meat:expressionless:...so I made myself some vegetable soup. Can you tell there's no meat in this house:sweat_smile:

Going to make soto, Indonesian meal soup.

I have been thinking about doing that for years as I loved a good soto when living in Indonesia, but it never happened.
Then the other day found a bumbu for it in a supermarket. Saves me a helluva lot of work with spices!!

I just bought the things I have to add like chicken tenderloin, carrots, bean sprouts, and spring onions.
Eggs I still have, but do have to boil them.
