Was having meat pie withdrawals as most local / niche bakeries are still on extended break and i haven't had one for a long while.

Found one that was open and got a pepper steak and curry meat pie.. delicious but more expensive than i am used to paying.

Roast, potatoes,onions and carrots in the crockpot. Our local grocery had a 2 for one family deal so im going to cook another roast overnight and shred it for vegetable beef soup.

Roast Chicken and bbq vegetables.

its Taco Tuesday for me .... been awhile !!!!

Three cups of roasted assorted veggies with half a cup of vegan mozzarella cheese melted on top. 3 cups of organic blueberries with grapes.

Gonna be Chinese take out ... I am so lazy tonight !!!!

I'm lazy today too, sandwiches for dinner.

Now why didn't I think of a simple sandwich ... have all the fittings at hand .....anyway my Chinese takeout is here ..... so I gotta chow down !!!
