One of them days, huh. I often have the same problem with dinner. Never breakfast, always the same.

OT - Leftover mixed greens, leftover rice with creme fraiche and chimichurri sauce, minced meat (beef). And it wasn't half bad!

Bacon & eggs, a smoke chicken salad, a Russian/olivier salad from beef which unlike normal Russian salad barely has potato in it.

Looks like this, seems kinda gross when you see it like this, but it is delicious! Plus, you need a bit of a filler with only bacon & eggs & the salad.
