I was told that since I hadn't voted in the past two elections I couldn't vote in this election and as an added penalty I had re-register to vote even though I am already registered to vote here (Garland county, Arkansas) for the next election.

I can't believe we as Americans don't have a constitutional right to vote and I live in such a backwater place that would even have such a law >.>

Just wanted to vent.
