Hello Nice Members,

I would like ask you about your favorite American, Italian and French cuisine recipes.
I have only a possibility taste Italian cuisine besides Polish of course and I like very much Italian taste, and amazing smell of Italian fresh vegetables and fruits and of course their meals.
Unfortunately in Poland I don't have a possibility to buy a fresh vegetables and fruits and it is only in my memories like it was delicious when I could taste their cuisine.

I can pass on French Bread as taught me by an Italian.

Slice the Sour Dough French Bread loaf in half lengthwise.
Place cut halves under broiler.
Broil until brown and crispy.
Remove and cool.

Peel a large garlic clove.
Apply the garlic to the top of each loaf half, by rubbing it
it in with your fingers.

Top with melted butter (add Parmesan Cheese here if you like.)

Replace under broiler and brown slightly.

Once you have made it the Italian way..there is no other ;-)
