while the oregon department of education is boasting a 96% vaccination rate for teachers in the class room.. they also reported that there is 64% fewer eligible teachers, to fill the needed requirements of the state. (I mentioned earlier how desperate they are to fill the education rosters.

I would not say your doctors are ALL united blondey.. I am finding that just like here.. NZ have issues with walk outs as well being threatened with loosing their jobs if they dont comply..

let me give you a few other facts ..
Thanes- Coromandel is a small coastal community with a population of approx 32, 000.
Approx 64.7 % of the eligible population in that community are fully vaccinated against covid and a further 14% have had one dose .
Seems the MAJORITY of people are indeed making their personal choice and choosing Vaccination .
well since your medical councel has declared a zero tolerance against any one speaking out about the information not state approved( what thy call miss information).
I find any one with the courage to stand against them worthy of note.
are they are really trying enforced re-education on those medical staff that don't agree with the state view. for refusing to down play the risks of getting vaccinated, reporting the number of vaccine breakthrough cases, ect...? just because they dont want the public to know?
if the state tells every one get the shots they are safe (basically out lawing any info to the contrary), and if you dont get vaccinated you are likely to get very sick and possibly die. (which is just a small percentage of cases. even if the numbers seam large)
and if you still dont comply. those refusing to will remain shut down and punished by other means.
it is not surprising, that so many will choose to get vaccinated. over starving their family's, is it?

you do realize that the medical council is the regulatory authority for doctors and has no authority over teachers or other professions . The article referred to the medical council having a zero tolerance for doctors spreading antivax misinformation .
blondey I guess I should have added these as well, but since you live in NZ, I thought you all ready knew your governments state policy, mirrors your medical councils. and Vice versa and it covers teachers, police fire and rescue ect.. not just medical.. and since it is also enforcing strict lock downs,( though starting to come to terms with not being able to stop covid, and admitting they will have to try to live with it.) people are still being kept home, not working, so not earning money, so they, and their families are made to suffer.
as more information is being learned about the long term in-effectiveness of the vaccines, and the long term side effects of them. it will be harder and harder to keep it out of the news.
