Anyone losing a job is not good, but the facts regarding the Keystone XL pipeline show that there’s misinformation going around concerning job loss.

Most construction has been stalled prior to the executive order, awaiting permits in legal battles. Construction, when underway would employ about 10,000 temporary construction workers. Once operational the entire pipeline would only need about 35 people to perform operations.

There is also a class action lawsuit against the union supplying pipeline workers for racial discrimination and female workers.

I do believe taking the 100 days to review is not too much to ask.

I personally have a friend that was working on the pipeline and yes, they have been stalled and delayed and don't know when they might go back to work.

The National Guard came in under trumps administration. The garage incident was the Capitol police and reversed by democratic members of congress voicing outrage.

No one mentioned their stance on the pipeline continuing so calm down.
