I prefer homemade high quality ingredient foods.
I'm having issues with digesting meats (mainly red meats) now so I tend to eat more vegetables and fruits. Slow cooker meats are easiest for me and I use my slow cookers to make roasts, ribs and other meat dishes.
I bake or slow cook far more than I fry. I do have an air-fryer on this years purchase list. I don't like microwave meals at all.

I eat thick steaks cooked medium (I like the blood), they are the easiest for me. I eat fish, shell fish (lobster my fav), beef, pork, lamb, chicken, turkey, alligator, venison (not for a long time sadly) and squirrel/rabbit (again, not in a long time).

I'll eat any vegetable except green peppers (green peppers are poisonous, hurry throw them out the window), artichoke, certain squashes, and yucca.
I can eat red, yellow, purple and orange sweet peppers but never green ones, I won't eat jalapenos either (they're green!). Haven't eaten plantains but would try it if someone I knew knows how to cook it.
My favorite vegetables are spinach, Brussels sprouts, corn on the cob, white sweet cream corn and succotash.

I like homemade pickled eggs w/beets, pickled sweet peppers and dilly beans.
I prefer dill pickles over sweet but I like bread n butter sweet pickles more than dill. I drink dill pickle juice sometimes. I like sauerkraut and cabbage (usually with pork). I love mushrooms (raw or cooked).

I like berries better than melons. I'll eat nearly any fruit.
I make apple crisp every fall. I eat fruit salads. I snack cherries, blueberries and raspberries. I like ripe honey dew better than watermelon.
I keep dried berries and frozen fruits. I make homemade sangria (both non and with alcohol). I make smoothies and shakes with real fruit added.
I eat jams and fruit spreads instead of jelly. I like ruby red grapefruit juice at times. My fav juice is blueberry pomegranate by POM, pineapple frozen concentrate and pure tart cherry juice.

I can only eat fast food once in a long while. My fav is Arby's Double roast beef with arby and horsy sauce only.
The only thing I will buy from McDonald's is a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit w/ large black coffee.
I prefer cheeseburgers over signature fast food sandwiches.
I prefer a roast chicken club sandwich or a club sandwich at diners.
I only buy steak soft tacos at Taco Bell. I can tolerate a chicken meximelt sometimes. I never put their sauce on it.
I will not eat chain pizza, only homemade pizza I make myself.
I mainly only eat fast food when I am traveling away from my home town.
I used to like Steak n Shake and Fazoli's but neither is available in my area.
I never liked White Castle.
I like truck stop foods on long trips.

My movie snacks range from chips n dip to homemade chicken wings and anything finger food like nuts, candy and berries.
I only eat in the kitchen but I snack on the sofa (it has a cover on it).
I use a lot of napkins , paper towels and tissues to keep my hands clean so I don't leave finger smudges all over everything.
I use snack trays for snacks, all drinks have coasters or napkins if they sweat.
I don't smoke while someone is eating. I don't smoke when I eat.

I don't eat many spicy foods anymore but I do like some spice on every hot meal. I don't eat hot spiced foods much anymore either, except chili and some other cajun dishes.

I go periods not eating. I've not eaten for two days straight many times. I've gone as long as 3 days without a single bite. I do stay hydrated tho.
I drink a lot of water.
Most of the time I only eat once a day.
Two days is the max for leftovers in the fridge.
My health is bad, I'm down 23 lbs from last time I went to the doctor.
My next appt is in mid July. I recently bought a bathroom scale.

Yeah, everyone I know who has one loves it.
Anything I should look for? Ya, know features an stuff?
There's an outlet mall in Gulfport which has a kitchen store.
I hate going in there cause my buying list always grows.
I'm pretty sure they offer a few different ones.

Do ya gotta buy anything else to go with it or is it usable right out of the box (after its washed of course)?
Special utencils, maintenance items?
I'm sure if I ask at the store they're gunna try to sell me a bunch of stuff to go with it.
