A man can marry a woman of any age providing they are both over 18 and free to marry, and an age difference of 10 years seems perfectly acceptable and maybe a good choice.

Yes, two individuals can date and marry if there is many years difference between them. If a woman was interested in me and a few decades younger than me, that is our personal business. Age differences is a religious application to society, and when people stopped being religious age differences still continued to be a difference of opinion among society.
How is care for one another any different because of age? Government has learned that if they keep introducing new and interesting produces to the youths of the world; it creates a division between age groups. This has only been going on for the last hundred years or so. Age was not a problem in the 1800's, and governments know it.
At a certain point age can be a compatibility issue. But that point is determined by the couple in question. If the attraction works both ways (and not just physical) then age really doesn't matter.

A relationship is all about getting to know someone first. Like what are their interests do you have anything in common? How would you solve a dispute between the two of you? You know such things. If that man and woman really love each other then the age difference wont matter weather he is older or she is older Age is just a number. As long you two love each other my dear that's what matters. Legally nothing stops them, I guess! But there are other aspects to a love life which doesn't just revolve around the two, in some societies! These ought to be considered as human relationships are very complex, far from linear!
I draw the line at 5 years plus or minus ....anything else will be a disappointment . Been there done that !!!
