I am from egypt ,i am an accountant and i am responsible for my family my dad is old man and i help him,mom and my 3 sisters but it is so hard .i work in company give us afew money . I need way to improve my work and life

However, from a human being standpoint I suggest you find what you love and do it.
If your passion is numbers perhaps you will find opportunity in scientific fields.

I believe helping your family is honorable in any culture.

Write a professional resume and get it out there.
Even if the company isn't hiring right now, they may keep your resume for when they are.

Stay positive.

You could try,

Renting a obscenely expensive phone number,

put the phone number on a big sticker on your car,

that reads " hows my driving?"

And then all you have to do is drive like an flippin idiot
