The Quran say:
When the Occurrence - Resurrection day - occurs,
There is, at its occurrence, no denial. It will bring down [some] and raise up [others].
You shall then become three groups.
Then the companions of the right
And the companions of the left
And the companions o the Foremost, Those are the ones brought near [to the Lord]. In the Gardens of Pleasure, A [large] company of the former peoples and a few from later times. As reward for what they used to do.
As for the companions of the right, a large throng from the ancients, and also a large throng from those of later times. In the paradise.
As for the People on the Left: how miserable will be the People on the Left! [They will be] in scorching fire and scalding water.
Surely they had lived before in luxury, and had persisted in the Great Sin, They used to say: “What! When we die and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? And our forefathers [as well]?"
Tell them, (O Prophet): “The earlier ones and the later ones, shall all be brought together on an appointed, known Day.
