I would like to thank you all for your kind messages at what has been a difficult time, even after five years :heart:

His passing was tragic, and my family and I will never know the truth about his last few days. His family’s reaction was outrageous and I ran away to start my life again, trouble is the ghosts came with me :cry:

There is no 'timeline' for grief. We all do it differently. We think we are good and then we are triggered again and go down that rabbit hole again. Just do you precious ❤
