Well, it can be a thing in dating for sure, hihi.
I was talking to this guy and for the first time in yonks it felt quite good. I didn't have a romantic spark but the fact he wasn't demanding (shall we meet, I'd like to phone etc etc) was a relief!
Then we got talking about meeting -again without pressure- and I was up for it. Haven't felt that way in yonks either. But then... where do you meet? I can't officially go inside a restaurant or cafΓ©...
So it then became clear I didn't have a QR code, and of course he did. He didn't make a fuss about it at all, but since it was clear we had very different points of view on the matter (we didn't argue, but it was clear) I decided to leave it at that.
I know happily married couples that turned out to have this difference of opinion and got into dire straits. One woman I know got shunned and emotionally blackmailed time and again by her husband because she didn't want to, he did. In the end she gave in. Quite appalling of him to do that, but alas...
But if previously happily married couples have great difficulty dealing with this, then it isn't smart to get involved with someone you don't see eye to eye with on this.
So there you have it...
Now for finding someone who's still natural like me... I know there are hundred of thousands but it won't make finding each other any easier.
Although, maybe it does. It can also be seen & used as another quick sifting and sorting thing. I mean, if we don't see eye to eye on such an important matter we're not going to be a match. We couldn't even talk about it, not support each other, not ask the other for advice etc.
So it wouldn't make for a great start.
