Hi Team,

I am software engineer and while using this app found couple of issues might those are known for you...

1. Blocked profile still appears in online user list.
2. No auto refresh of chat or user list.... Need to do manually refresh to receive the new message or any invite..

Please consider the above issues and take a look.

You're assuming this is a commercial profit site...its a FREE site/app.

Ya got Snap-On wrenches and ya got Dollar store wrenches.
Ya can't expect a dollar store wrench to work as well as a Snap-On wrench.

As far as not seeing Profiles without Pictures on Who's Online that is a new feature that was just put it.

Therefore those members that do not wish to be seen will not be in Who's Online if they choose not to post a picture~~

As far as the auto refresh that is the way the site is set up.. Myself I have never had any issues of knowing when I have new e-mails.

since the Forum Admin/Mods do not deal with the IT issues your more then welcome to contact Support with your suggestions..
