Right now it's near impossible to find anyone to sexcercise with !!

not just over the summer, but in life.
I was finding my self to be less active then I like.
got my self a total gym to go with my free weights. and trying to get my self back into shape.

Invercargill based and thankfully back out on bike pretty hard with 7 degrees and the nose running. Lost my riding buddy (teenage son) last Sunday after he came off rollers inside and broke his wrist but he's been my mechanic /chef/support crew after each ride ☺
Back to level 3 and 5am starts... 🤞 I keep up the pace
