I sleep on top of the comforter and cover with a sheet when needed.
Most of the time I kick the sheet off during the night.
The only time I sleep in the covers is during the dead of winter.

I wash clothes and wash the sheet and pillow cases about twice a month.
I also rotate sheets, I have 5 high thread count (1600 hotel quality) cotton sheets and pillow covers. I also have flannel sheets for the winter

I usually sleep nude but I always use the toilet right before bed.

When there's a fire you have 3 minutes to make it out alive. That is extremely short!
Not even enough time to put on your socks let alone clothes.
So if you make it out alive you'll be standing in the street stark naked.
