My profile and chat, both are unable to post download pics????? Very screwed up

It appears you haven’t uploaded any pics yet. If you have then it takes time to have them verified and only after verification will they be visible to others.

If you’re trying to send pics within a message in chat, you can only do so using the app and only after the lady sends you her pic first.
