Sorry that is no Error.

The site has put in a New Program unless you have a Profile Picture you can not send emails, until you have complied with the Site Rules and load a Profile Picture you will not be able to send messages..


This was put in place in order to eliminate many Scammer/Fake Profiles.

Until you load a Profile picture that is within the rules you will not be able to email others..

Pictures must be a clear picture of the member.

I can't send messages, it keeps say that you reviewing my picture.
I don't want anyone to think that I'm ignoring them by now answering them back.

You will be able to send messages once your pic has been verified, that’s if you uploaded one of course. Until then you won’t be able to use the email service provided.
