It should be noted that we do not accept pics taken from the web or pics wearing masks. Please only upload photos with your face clearly shown so other daters know who they are talking to. We are all more likely to talk to someone with their face (and smile) clearly shown in the profile picture.

That’s because it wasn’t a pic of you.

You must upload a pic of yourself and not pics of objects so until you upload a pic of yourself, your pics will not be approved.

All you need to do is follow instructions when sending in a picture to be verified. Unless you do that they will not verify you so it's up to you to follow instructions..

Why am I unable to chat anyone?

The answer to your question was given a couple of times, but maybe you were unable to read it? Your picture needs to be verified first which can take up to 4 days.

My profile was working then it stopped working something about my picture
