Someone keeps making fake profiles pretending to be me and I have reported them through the report user on the profile page many times but nothing gets done. So I made a post on here about it each time it happens and the fake profiles get removed so I was using that post to report each new fake profile but it has now been locked. So if I’m not supposed to post on here why do the reports I make on the users profile get ignored?

As I said in my first post here I have reported many of the fake profiles many times and nothing gets done. I have used the way you say and used the direct report a profile on the profiles themselves. The direct report profiles on the profiles gets no response and nothing gets done and if I use contact support it gives me an automated reply saying you will be in touch within 24 and asking what device I’m using then I never here anymore and nothing gets done.

I am using the mingle app on iPad so it would be much easier for me to just report the profile in the report profile but nothing gets done that way.

That doesn’t help when every other way I have reported profiles has been ignored apart from when I post on here. What is point me reporting a profile when I know nothing gets done about it unless I post on here?
