Well, there aren't that many white people in Namibia but there are still some so I guess it is possible, yes.
Maybe there are even Asians there, don't know. But do make sure you throw love in the mix, not just interracial.

It seems to me by openly expressing your interest in only dating someone not of your own ethnic nationality, and there is nothing wrong with that, suggests a greater interest in a person's nationality than in finding the right person for themselves whatever their nationality.
